The adult program strengthens you or your teenager through traditional Korean martial arts, which builds cardiovascular endurance and overall conditioning in a group setting. This allows for a great “balance” for pre-college/college/work aged individuals to break away from the constant bookwork/grind and get up and get physically inspired.  The adult program re-educates you or your teenager about proper exercise, while at the same time shows you that Tang Soo Do is a “lifelong journey” that can be started at any age and lasts forever.
